This Referral Program Agreement, in combination with other Agreements relating to your use of Hey Mirza, Inc. services, is made between Company ("you", "your") and Hey Mirza, Inc. ("we," "our", "us") and governs your participation in the Hey Mirza, Inc. Referral Program (the "Referral Program"). For purposes of this Referral Program Agreement, references to Company include any Users authorized to participate in the Referral Program on Company's behalf. Company shall be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of its Users. By requesting or sending a Referral Link (defined below), you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by this Agreement.

Hey Mirza, Inc.’s Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, is incorporated into and forms part of this Referral Program Agreement and shall apply to your participation in the Referral Program. In the event of any inconsistency between any provisions of the Terms & Conditions and this Referral Program Agreement, this Referral Program Agreement will control. We may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version on our website. By continuing participation after such modifications, you shall be deemed to accept them.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity), with a valid social security number, maintain legal residency in the United States, and at least 18 years of age.

2. Qualifying Referrals

Referrals can be submitted several ways. The method of submission will not impact how they are reviewed or their legitimacy. They can be submitted through the below channels:

• General referral form on Hey Mirza, Inc.’s website
• Directly to Hey Mirza, Inc team members.
• Inbound Group Referral Form linked in the Referral Program FAQ
• If a referred party reaches out to Hey Mirza, Inc. directly they can inform their contact of their referral status.

Referral Bonuses are only awarded for "Qualifying Referrals" meeting all conditions:

• The referred party has never been a Hey Mirza, Inc. customer;
• The referred party confirms the nature of their relationship with the participating individual;
• The referred party signs an annual contract of at least $5,000 with Hey Mirza, Inc.

The Referral Link should only be shared directly with Participants personal network. Referrals that meet any of the below will be immediately disqualified. Participating individuals that generate referrals through the below means will be banned from future participation:

• Referrals generated through paid ads or marketing.
